Recent Pics and Happenings

I had a good friend staying with me for a few weeks while she was in the middle of moving from Portland to Cd'A. This is her son Jared and Evan taking a bath together.

Evan's 1st birthday!

Evan's birthday was such a blast! I had a ton of help from friends who came early, stayed late and kept me sane when I stressed out at the unexpected! Evan got some really neat gifts, mostly books which was perfect! We now have a nice variety of reading, I just wish Evan wanted to still long enough to read more than one page!

Evan enjoyed the cake. At first he seemed a little unsure, but then he tasted it and he liked it! Then someone (I think my dad) yelled for me to let him stand in the cake! So I did. haha

Evan did not like that very much!

Next up is Evan sitting in his johnny jump up that grandma and grandpa Bollman got him! He really likes it and it's really fun to watch! hmmm in this picture you can't really tell that he likes it, but he really does!
